As of 18 October 2026, the main wellness show in London is the OM Yoga Show at Alexandra Palace, which finishes today (16 to 18 October). Most of the other events in our 2025 version of this guide have no confirmed 2026 London edition that we could find, so we have rebuilt the page around events with verifiable dates. This guide from The London Report covers what has just run, what is next, and what we removed and why.
It is the interest-led guide. For a month-by-month list, see our Top 10 Health and Wellness Events in London. Dates change, so always confirm with the organiser before you book.
Key takeaways
- The OM Yoga Show, Mind Body Soul Experience and Vegan Life Live share Alexandra Palace on 16 to 18 October 2026, and one ticket covers all three (Alexandra Palace).
- The next big dated event is the TCS London Marathon on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 April 2027, a one-off two-day “Double”.
- Several favourites, such as The Longevity Show, the Fitzrovia Quarter Wellness Festival and Happy Place, ran in 2026, but their 2027 London dates were not confirmed when we checked.
- Of the 8 events in our 2025 list, only 1 (the renamed OM Yoga Show) had a confirmed 2026 London edition. We found nothing current for the other 7.
- NHS guidance for adults is at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week, so treat events as a boost, not your whole routine.
What is on right now: OM Yoga Show, Mind Body Soul and Vegan Life Live
The OM Yoga Show runs in the Great Hall at Alexandra Palace from 16 to 18 October 2026. Alexandra Palace describes it as one of Europe’s largest yoga events, with more than 200 live classes and talks across styles including sound healing, hot yoga, Pilates, meditation and gong baths. New for 2026 is a FÔLD Reformer Pilates area with free classes over the weekend. Your entry ticket also covers Mind Body Soul Experience and Vegan Life Live, which run on the same dates (Alexandra Palace: OM Yoga Show).
- Today (Sunday 18 October): doors open at 10:00 and the show ends at 17:00 on the venue listing.
- Tickets: sold through Dice. Children under 16 enter free with a paying adult, and registered carers do not need a ticket.
- Getting there: a free shuttle bus runs from Wood Green Tube and Alexandra Palace station on open days.
- Bring: your own mat for some Experience Zone sessions. A cloakroom is available, with a charge.

London health and wellness events by what you want to do
Yoga, mind and body
The Alexandra Palace trio is the only large indoor mind-and-body weekend we could confirm for 2026. It usually falls in mid-October (the 2025 edition ran 17 to 19 October), but the organisers had not published 2027 dates when we checked. Watch the venue’s page for the announcement.
Longevity and science
The Longevity Show ran at Tobacco Dock on 26 and 27 June 2026. It was billed as a festival of science, wellness and human potential, with talks, diagnostics, treatments and movement sessions, and speakers including Dr Rangan Chatterjee, Fearne Cotton, Liz Earle and Grace Beverley. Tickets started from £69 (Tobacco Dock). We found no 2027 dates yet.
Free and community wellbeing festivals
- Fitzrovia Quarter Wellness Festival: 11 to 17 May 2026, with more than 50 experiences across the West End neighbourhood, including rooftop workouts, run clubs, expert-led treatments and sound meditation (The Langham Estate). The 2025 edition ran 12 to 18 May, so it appears to follow Mental Health Awareness Week. We found no 2027 dates yet.
- Wembley Park Wellness Festival: Sunday 13 September 2026, described by the organiser as a free outdoor celebration of movement, mindfulness and music (Wembley Park).
- Happy Place (Fearne Cotton): the London edition ran on 11 and 12 July 2026 at Old Deer Park, with talks, yoga and craft areas. Some listings show a 2027 London edition on 3 and 4 July, but tickets were not on sale when we checked, so treat that as provisional (Happy Place).
Running and fitness
The TCS London Marathon will take place on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 April 2027. The organiser says it is the first and only time the race will run across two days, with about 100,000 runners expected. Championship and Good for Age entries, and charity places, were open when we checked (London Marathon Events). HYROX has also been reported to be returning to ExCeL (2 to 6 December 2026) and Olympia (24 April to 3 May 2027), but those dates were not official at the time of the report, so confirm them with HYROX (Hybrid Fitness Media).

What we removed from the 2025 list, and why
The earlier version of this guide listed eight events with 2025 dates. We checked each one on 18 October 2026. Only one, The Yoga Show, has a confirmed current London edition, and it now trades as the OM Yoga Show. Not finding a listing does not prove an event is cancelled. It may have been renamed, moved or not yet announced, so check the organiser before you plan around any of them.
| Event in our 2025 list | What we found on 18 October 2026 |
|---|---|
| The Yoga Show (Alexandra Palace) | Now the OM Yoga Show, 16 to 18 October 2026 (Alexandra Palace) |
| Balance Festival (Old Truman Brewery) | No 2026 London edition found. Past London editions ran in 2019 and 2023 |
| Mindful Living Show (Business Design Centre) | No 2026 dates found. Past editions ran at the Business Design Centre |
| LoveFit Festival (Kent) | No 2026 dates found. The latest editions we found were in 2022 and 2023 near Sevenoaks, outside London |
| BeLondon | No 2026 edition found. It may be the former Be:Fit London, whose latest editions we found were years ago |
| London Wellness Festival (Tobacco Dock) | No event under this name found. The Longevity Show ran at Tobacco Dock on 26 to 27 June 2026 |
| Vegfest UK London (Olympia) | No 2026 Olympia dates found. Its latest London listings were a smaller London Vegan Fayre in December 2025 at Kensington Town Hall |
| Wellbeing by the Lakes | Held in Dorset, not London. We found no 2026 edition |
One related change: the Allergy & Free From Show, which appeared in the earlier version of our Top 10 Health and Wellness Events in London guide, has moved from Olympia to the NEC Birmingham, where the 2026 edition ran on 9 and 10 May (NEC Birmingham).
How much activity should you aim for?
Events are a good way to try something new, but they do not replace a routine. For adults aged 19 to 64 the NHS recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity a week, or 75 minutes of vigorous activity, plus strength work on at least 2 days a week covering the main muscle groups (NHS: physical activity guidelines for adults). If you have a health condition or are new to exercise, speak to your GP before taking on a big physical challenge such as a marathon.
Tips for first-time attendees
- Check the organiser’s site first. Dates, prices and venues change, and listing sites can be out of date.
- Book classes early. At many festivals, classes and treatments are timed and may cost extra. At Happy Place, for example, pre-bookable classes, workshops and treatments cost extra and are subject to availability.
- Bring the basics. Some sessions ask you to bring your own mat, and cloakrooms usually charge.
- Plan the journey. Alexandra Palace has a free shuttle bus from Wood Green and Alexandra Palace station, and the Marathon will have road closures, so travel by public transport where you can.
- Pace yourself. Choose two or three sessions you care about rather than trying everything.
How to find 2027 dates
Organisers often announce next year’s dates in the months after the event ends. Follow the links in the table above, sign up to mailing lists, and check venue pages such as Alexandra Palace and Tobacco Dock. We update this page when dates are confirmed. Conclusion
London’s wellness calendar is still busy, but it is more fragmented than our 2025 list suggested. The OM Yoga Show weekend and the London Marathon are the clearest fixed points, with several festivals running each summer. Use the table to plan, confirm with the organiser, and keep your everyday activity up. For more from The London Report, see our lifestyle section.

Editor’s note: what changed in this update
On 18 October 2026 we rewrote this page. The earlier version listed eight events with 2025 dates and venues that we could not verify as current, and several had text errors. We replaced it with events whose dates we could confirm on organiser or venue pages, added the status of every event we removed, and replaced the stock images with licensed photos. We kept our link to the Top 10 guide.
